Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Beginner Hockey (LTS)
Generally, all AHA registration fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in limited circumstances, the AHA Board of Directors (the “Board”) may approve the refund or transfer of registration fees. Unless noted otherwise below, the following rules apply: ● All refund requests must be made in writing to the AHA Board. ● The Board has up to ninety (90) days after receiving a refund request to approve or deny the request. The decision of the Board is final. ● Refund requests apply only to AHA registration fees. Team fee assessments represent costs already incurred by a player and are not subject to refund.
